Unidos in Health is UNA’s health access and advocacy initiative, rooted in the belief that health is a human right. Everyone, regardless of immigration status, income, or language deserves access to compassionate, culturally informed care. Through this effort, we connect individuals and families to affordable healthcare, promote preventive wellness, and address barriers such as language, transportation, and cost, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy life.

 

Coverage Connections

One-on-one enrollment support for health coverage
We help individuals and families enroll in Apple Health, Qualified Health Plans, and other coverage options—providing personalized assistance every step of the way.

 

Care Cost Relief

(Charity Care navigation)
We guide community members through hospital and medical financial assistance programs to reduce or remove medical bills, ensuring cost isn’t a barrier to care.

 

Health Education & Navigation

(Multilingual health education + other health services)
We offer culturally relevant, multilingual health education and connect families to preventive care, screenings, and trusted local health resources.
