Unidos Nueva Alianza is governed by its Board of Directors. Board members are nominated and elected by the Board and confirmed by the membership. They serve the organization by focusing on three key priorities.​

2. Vision: To build a society rooted in justice and equity, where underrepresented and systematically marginalized communities are empowered, protected, and fully included.
