TechConnect WA

The TechConnect Washington Community Helpdesk provides FREE technical support to Washington residents to help them engage in a virtual environment. Helpdesk Technicians are standing by to provide technical guidance, digital navigation support, and connections to other community resources to support parents, students, elders, and all community members during this time. The team is available to provide guidance via chat, email, or phone in the languages listed below. We look forward to supporting you!

LiLink to Care WA is powered by the Community Health Network of Washington (CHNW) – an affiliation of 21 community health centers that operate more than 140 clinics across Washington. CHPW’s goal is to get more people connected to health care by providing the tools and support they need to access and manage care online and by phone.

NCW Digital Access and Equity Coalition
The NCW Digital Access and Equity Coalition brings together organizations, public utilities, government agencies, community groups, and stakeholders across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation to address crucial issues related to digital access and equity in our region.

This group aims to complement the efforts of existing Broadband Action Teams and localized digital equity efforts with a regional approach to help make our efforts more visible and bring more funding to this region (https://www.ncwtechhelp.org/ncw-digital-access-and-equity-coalition)
