Community Conexión (Mobile Services/Servicios Móviles)

Community Conexión is intended to bring mobile services to critical services directly to underserved communities across rural North Central and Central Washington. Many of the individuals UNA serves face barriers such as lack of reliable transportation or local service access.

 

While our home office is in Ephrata (Grant County), our Community Conexión hub currently operates in three of the eight counties we serve, Othello (Adams County), Mabton (Yakima County) and Wenatchee (Chelan County). Through Community Conexión, community members receive:

• Resource navigation

• Social service referrals

• On-site support in trusted, community-centered spaces

 

We meet people where they are because care and connection should never be out of reach.
