Camino Empresarial is UNA’s initiative to support aspiring entrepreneurs in rural and underserved communities, especially those who are often excluded from traditional business resources. In partnership with the CIE, this program provides culturally responsive, Spanish-language training to help individuals start or grow small businesses.

Comadres: Women’s Entrepreneurship Program

Comadres is a business training program designed specifically for emerging women entrepreneurs with limited access to traditional resources. Whether you're selling from home, offering services, or dreaming of opening your own storefront, Comadres provides:

A supportive network of fellow entrepreneurs
Priority is given to participants from immigrant, BIPOC, and rural communities.
About Our Partner: Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship (CIE)
Founded in 2013, CIE is a Washington-based nonprofit dedicated to economic self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship. CIE specializes in first-step business training, individualized advising, and helping new entrepreneurs access capital and mentorship.
